The wool workshop on the 30th October was a great success. Katie and I had a fabulous time and a hundred people joined us during the day to 'do their bit'. Here are some of the bits - felted, spun, woven, knitted, stitched, needlefelted, luceted, crocheted - all waiting to be assembled into a finished autumnal wallhanging.
We're planning three more workshops, one each for winter, spring and summer, so watch this space or get on our mailing list. It was lovely to work with Katie, and I can't wait to do it again.
Now we're home to hard, driving rain, which is negotiating its way through the stonework of our poor old house in an alarming number of places. BUT Phil is a wonder and when he's finished making his window (he's doing this as I type!) he'll be dealing with pointing and lead flashing and whatever else he finds awry.

It looks like a really fun woolly day was had by all. I can't believe how clever Phil is to make windows - a very useful chap to have about the house!
