The Wool Clip 2012
It's done!
My beautiful feltmaking friends are clipped and I have my bounty for this year.
it wasn't all plain sailing. Donald, one of the first to be clipped, managed to find his way into the garden and watched proceedings from there.
And my two wayward sheep appear to have struck up an unlikely friendship.

One thing they do have in common - this small, aged, Shetland boy and this huge BFL girl in her prime - is beautiful fleece. Here are some of the well-behaved sheep enjoying the rare and unexpected sunshine.
